A full body harness and tactical load bearing vest are combined offering a unique product for civilian Special Operations and SWAT personnel. This modular harness and tactical vest combination was originally developed by Survival Inc. as the Joint Services Aircrew Vest and Extraction System™ (JSAVES) for US Air Force helicopter pilots and crew. Some additional features and add on modules were added for civilian Special Ops needs. Comes with front attachment points which when connected with a locking carabiner can be used for extraction or rappel applications. (Used with Extraction/Personal Retention Lanyard item # 566). A rear dorsal D ring is provided for helicopter spotter or gunner lanyard attachment. Dorsal D ring is used for SPIE Lanyard attacnment (Item # 363). Easily donned by use of quick connect double release action Mil-Spec. COBRA buckles on waist, sternum and leg loops. Leg loops are stowed in concealed pockets on the bottom of the vest until needed. 4 inch padded waist pad and removable leg pads are provided. Tactical load bearing vest is designed using the latest military Modular Lightweight Load Carrying Equipment (MOLLE) system to easily attach desired pockets, ammo pouches and weapons. Specially designed for rapid rappel and extraction operations. The waist and sternum buckles have secondary velcro safety closure over buckles. Mil spec load bearing vest shoulder straps are sewn into the harness allowing the harness to be worn under any military load bearing vest by replacing the existing harness straps with the Stabo straps and connecting the Alice clips of the vest the the waist of the harness. Leg pouches on the harness allow for leg loops to be stowed away when not in use. Currently being used by many DEA, FBI, BLM, Army Rangers and Special Forces personnel. A tuned down super light weight version of the Basic Rope Access harness at a very attractive price. Waist belt portion of the harness uses smaller and thinner padding material to save weight and reduce bulk. Designed in conjunction with LAPD SWAT, this new harness utilizes a fully padded structural duty belt which is designed to replace the existing padded duty belt worn by SWAT Officers. Super stiff scuba webbing is sewn to the outside of the belt to facilitate hanging of leg holsters, ammo pouches and gas mask bags. Stiff scuba webbing belt attached to inside structural webbing by velcoe for easy adjustment and positioning of holsters and pouches.
