Product: SPRAT48 Sternal Attachment 48" Lanyard w/ 2.5 Inch Aluminum Hook.

Two Production Lots from 2019 have been found to have improper termination of Stitch ripping tear tape portions of the lanyard.

Production Lots to be recalled: Lot/Production Date can be found on label located under tear tape heat shrink Package.

Lot Production Date: 2-2019 (Total number of products produced 25)

Lot Production Date: 5-2019 (Total number of products produced 25)

Lanyards from suspect lots will be replace at no charge, Please E-mail or call Yates Gear for RMA(Return Authorization Code).
